* Helmets must be worn at all times in the session - from first approach until the horse is safely locked back home.

* Boots need to have good uppers and a small heel and be in good condition.

* Adults who have been approved to do so, may arrive up to half an hour early (no earlier) to groom and tack up their horse in their stall. Please do not come any earlier than this.

* Please do not get horses out of their stalls without prior permission.

* I may put you on any horse - they are all fabulous!

* Sessions must be paid for in advance to secure the booking and are not considered 'booked' until paid for.

* Sessions cancelled within 24hrs are not eligible for a reschedule.

* If I have to cancel your session, you will automatically be offered to reschedule.

* Packages are valid for six months from the date of payment.

* No refunds. Please contact to determine suitability and availability prior to purchasing.
